Summary:

This position is for the Call Center dept. Under thesupervision of the Practice Administrator & Nurse, perform routineclerical duties, answer patients’ questions or concerns, and otherduties as directed by supervision.

Requirements:

Responsible forthe integrity of the data. If needed, request patients’ MedicalRecords. Manage a large amount of inbound and outbound calls.

Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research everyissue and provide solutions and/or alternatives.

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent required Minimum of one (1) yearcustomer service experience required Demonstrated typing skills forCRT input required Demonstrated ability to accurately conduct andrecord a patient interview, to obtain clinical, demographic, andfinancial information Demonstrated ability to handle multiplepriorities and to deal calmly with individuals under stressBi-lingual, Spanish preferred
