Bilingual Customer Service Representative (Spanish and English) 3.4 3.4 out of 5 stars New York State • Remote Job description One of our partners is looking for Spanish & English Bilingual Customer Service Representatives! You must be fluent in both Spanish & English! This position will be fully remote in New York State Monday-Friday during normal business hours. This position will start on Monday, June 30th. The first 3 weeks of the position will be Monday-Friday 9:30am-4:30pm for training purposes Description Provide assistance to customers via inbound calls Answer a high volume (back to back) of calls every shift Understand offerings, policies and procedures Effectively communicate information to customers Maintain a positive and empatheti c attitude Perform accurate digital record-keeping What You Bring Fluency in Spanish & English (speaking, reading and writing) Full-time Residency in New York State Authorization to work in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship Ability to clear a background check Stable home internet connection 1-2 professional references Ability to start Monday, June 30th with no time off for the first 3 weeks
