Position Summary:

We are seeking a reliable, organized, and bilingual (English/Spanish) Office Administrative Assistant, Front Desk Receptionist & Customer Service Representative to join our Mount Vernon team. This individual will be the face and voice of our office—ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, providing excellent patient communication, handling inbound customer service inquiries, and supporting key administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist patients, visitors, and vendors professionally and courteously Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and respond to general inquiries Handle incoming customer service calls from patients, caregivers, and providers with professionalism and empathy Resolve patient concerns, provide product or service information, and ensure high-quality customer interactions Maintain office organization and cleanliness, including front desk and common areas Assist with scheduling, data entry, filing, and document preparation Provide administrative support to the billing and intake teams as needed Receive and sort mail and packages Handle confidential patient and company information with discretion Coordinate with clinical and field teams as necessary for follow-ups or documentation Support general operations and special projects

Qualifications:

Bilingual in English and Spanish – required Minimum 1 year experience in a medical office, customer service, or front desk/reception setting Strong verbal and written communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and TEAMS Friendly, professional demeanor with a strong customer-first mindset Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking Reliable attendance and punctuality Why Join GHS?
