Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and provide assistance with their shopping needs. Process sales transactions accurately using the cash register and POS system. Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions while ensuring compliance with company policies. Maintain a clean and organized checkout area to enhance customer experience. Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction. Promote sales and special offers to customers effectively. Assist in inventory management by restocking shelves and organizing merchandise. Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and maintain a positive work environment. Skills Strong customer service skills with a focus on creating a welcoming atmosphere. Experience in retail sales or cashiering preferred but not required. Excellent phone etiquette for handling customer inquiries over the phone. Proficient in operating cash registers and POS systems for efficient transaction processing. Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members in both English and Spanish is a plus (bilingual).
