If you’re someone who thrives working independently, enjoys helping others, and isn’t afraid to roll up your sleeves, we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Do:

Deliver excellent customer service to new and returning clients. Guide customers through rental agreements and storage unit options. Schedule, dispatch, check-in, and clean U-Haul vehicles. Perform daily facility walkthroughs and complete light maintenance tasks (e.g., sweeping, mopping, replacing light bulbs). Open and close the facility and ensure it is always clean, safe, and welcoming. Use computer systems to manage rentals, schedules, and communications.

What You’ll Bring:

Prior customer service experience (preferred). Strong computer and communication skills. Valid driver’s license and ability to operate U-Haul vehicles. Reliable transportation. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Bilingual in Spanish is a plus! Self-storage experience is a bonus.
