Summary As a Service Advisor at Tasca Automotive Group, you will play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction by providing expert advice and support for their automotive service needs. Responsibilities Act as the primary point of contact for customers seeking automotive service. Evaluate customer needs and provide accurate service recommendations. Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of services. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and service history. Assist in managing the scheduling of appointments and follow-ups. Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues related to services provided. Requirements Proven experience in an automotive service environment preferred. Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of automotive diagnostics. Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members. Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with service writing processes is a plus.
