Pay Rate:
$16.50 per hour
Schedule & Flexibility:
No weekend shifts — ever! Work Mondaythrough Friday only.
During peak season:
Full-time (40 hours/week)with potential overtime.
During off-peak:
Hours may vary between32-40/week, based on client needs. Must be flexible to work shiftsbetween 7:00 AM – 8:00 PM , with occasional extended hours up to10:00 or 11:00 PM for short periods. West Coast roles may requireavailability from 5:30 AM – 8:00 PM .
Important Note:
This is aremote position ; however, you must be local to the area. You’llneed to visit the office on Day 1 to pick up equipment , andoccasionally attend in-person meetings or special projects .
WhatWe’re Looking For:
High school diploma or GED required. Customerservice or call center experience is a plus, but not required —we’ll train the right person! Strong communication andproblem-solving skills. Ability to adapt your service approach tomeet a variety of personalities and communication styles.
