Must reside within 1 hour of
Pittsburgh, PA Pay Rate:
$16.50/hour (English only) / $17.25/hour (Fluent in Spanish)
Schedule:
Weekdays only — no weekends! Must be available to work any 8 hr. shift between 8:00 AM and 7:00 PM- shifts drawn at random when assigned•

No time-off allowed between

What You’ll Do:
As a Benefits Customer Service Representative, you’ll provide essential support to benefit plan participants, helping them navigate their health, retirement, and insurance options with confidence and care.
Daily Responsibilities:
Deliver compassionate service via phone, email, and chat Adapt your communication style to meet the needs of each caller Handle sensitive information in compliance with HIPAA and data privacy regulations Accurately document all interactions and case details Resolve issues professionally, even under pressure What You’ll Need to
Succeed:
High school diploma or GED required Reliable high-speed internet and a dedicated, quiet workspace Flexible availability — no time-off allowed between August and December Previous customer service experience preferred Excellent attention to detail and strong multitasking abilities Proficiency with Microsoft Office; able to manage multiple systems/windows Typing speed of at least 30 WPM Comfortable working remotely and residing within a 2-hour radius of Pittsburgh Ready to Take the Next Step?
