Join Red Wagon Club as a Client Engagement & Scheduling Specialist and help families across the country access life-changing estate planning education. Based out of our Pittsburgh office , you’ll be the first point of contact for individuals registering for our in-person seminars in 12 cities nationwide. You’ll coordinate scheduling, manage communications, and ensure each client receives outstanding service from the first call to seminar check-in. Responsibilities Answer incoming calls from individuals responding to seminar invitations and marketing Schedule attendees for seminars using our CRM system Make outbound calls, send texts and emails to confirm attendance and minimize no-shows Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM Participate in hands-on training, including CRM instruction with Blake and live call shadowing with Tim’s team Work with internal and outreach teams to ensure seminars are fully booked and smoothly executed Qualifications Experience in a call center, client scheduling, or high-volume customer service role preferred Excellent verbal and written communication skills Comfortable using CRM platforms, phone systems, texting tools, and email Highly organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven Fast learner who is open to feedback and thrives in a team environment Must be available to work on-site in Pittsburgh, PA Why Work with Red Wagon Club?
