Engage in upselling techniques to enhance the customer experience and increase sales. Maintain a clean and organized checkout area. Handle customer complaints professionally and resolve issues promptly. Utilize retail math skills to manage cash handling and ensure accurate financial reporting. Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations. Experience Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred. Strong phone etiquette skills for handling customer inquiries over the phone. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply, as this can enhance customer interactions.
