Greet and engage with customers in a professional manner. Provide customers with product information and answer their questions. Demonstrate product knowledge and communicate effectively. Meet and exceed company performance goals on a regular basis.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred (not required). Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work in a team-oriented environment. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
