This role involves assisting customers with inquiries and processing transactions Duties Greet customers warmly and assist them with their inquiries in a friendly manner Communicate with contractors, architects, vendors, and internal departments to clarify project details. Generate and submit proposals, estimates, and quotations in a timely and professional manner. Enter and process purchase orders accurately Follow up with customers regarding quotes, order status, and any changes or updates. Collaborate with the outside sales team to develop pricing strategies and identify project opportunities. Assist in sourcing and pricing materials, including special-order or custom products. Maintain organized records of quotes, orders, and correspondence for reporting and analysis. Provide product recommendations and technical support as needed. Stay current with industry trends, product updates, and competitor offerings. Requirements • Strong phone etiquette and communication skills to effectively interact with customers. Ability to perform product demonstrations confidently and engagingl.

Familiarity with grocery store operations is a plus. Proficient in cash handling procedures and operating a cash register. Basic understanding of retail math for inventory management tasks. A proactive attitude towards selling products and enhancing the customer experience .
