From order updates to build changes to proactive communication, you’ll ensure every customer feels supported—and every detail is tight behind the scenes.

– What Success Looks Like All customer service requests are handled promptly, accurately, and with professionalism Order edits, changes, and special requests are processed and documented without error Customers receive proactive updates that improve satisfaction and reduce follow-ups Internal operations run smoother thanks to reliable admin and team support CRM, email, and order tools are used consistently with clean data and clear notes
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Customer Service & Order Support Respond to order-related inquiries (status, changes, tracking, etc.) Process order edits or special requests and confirm updates with the customer Monitor fulfillment timelines and send proactive updates to customers Help resolve any issues or delays with empathy and accuracy Operations Admin Assist with order processing, build notes, and CRM updates Maintain clear documentation across platforms (Shopify, email, Slack, etc.) Support the production and sales team with day-to-day admin Flag unusual trends or recurring issues to help improve internal systems
REQUIREMENTS
Experience in customer service, order management, or admin (1-3 years ideal) Clear communicator—professional, positive, and detail-oriented Organized and reliable—able to manage multiple requests without dropping details Comfortable with tools like Shopify, email platforms, CRMs, and spreadsheets Passion for high-performance products or the golf space (bonus!) Calm under pressure and solutions-focused when solving problems Willing to work on-site full time in Sewickley, PA
WEEKLY RHYTHM
Daily:
Customer email/chat handling, order change processing, proactive order updates
Weekly:
Ops team check-ins, backlog review, issue resolution and customer satisfaction checks
Monthly:
