Job Description:

We’re seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Customer SupportRepresentative to become an integral part of a small, collaborativeteam. In this role, you’ll support daily office operations andprovide outstanding service to customers by managing orders,inquiries, and shipping logistics. Responsibilities:

Answer phones and assisting customers withinquiries or order processing Enter and process new orders fromcustomers Track and monitor return and exchange authorizationsCoordinate outgoing shipments with carriers Assist follow up onclaims for lost or damaged packages with carriers

Requirements:
