Job Summary We’re seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Customer Support Representative to become an integral part of a small, collaborative team. In this role, you’ll support daily office operations and provide outstanding service to customers by managing orders, inquiries, and shipping logistics. Responsibilities:
Answer phones and assisting customers with inquiries or order processing
Enter and process new orders from customers
Track and monitor return and exchange authorizations
Coordinate outgoing shipments with carriers
Assist follow up on claims for lost or damaged packages with carriers
Requirements:
1 year or more of relevant experience
Possess a customer focused mindset
Proficiency in Microsoft Suite applications
Ability to work in a collaborative environment
Strong phone etiquette skills
