THE POSITION

DESCRIPTION OF WORK
In this position, you will review, approve, and monitor Individual Support Plans while offering general case management services to participants in the Adult Autism Waiver (AAW). This includes overseeing AAW Supports Coordinators (SCs) and service providers to ensure compliance with federal and state regulations, policies, and procedures. Our team will rely on you to assess service quality through annual monitoring which includes on-site visits, record reviews, and daily tasks and interactions with SCs providers and participants. This work involves direct collaboration with SCs, providers, clinical staff, and participants to ensure services are delivered in accordance with the AAW and meet the needs of each individual we serve. Through your evaluations and observations, you will have the opportunity to make recommendations that will enhance programs and service delivery, as well as identify operational gaps or inconsistencies and suggests improvements. Work Schedule and Additional Information:
Full-time employment
Work hours are 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday – Friday, with a 30-minute lunch.
Telework:
You may have the opportunity to work from home (telework) full-time, with one required in-office day per month. In order to telework, you must have a securely configured high-speed internet connection and work from an approved location inside Pennsylvania. If you are unable to telework, you will have the option to report to the headquarters office in Pittsburgh.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, TRAINING & ELIGIBILITY QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:
Three years of professional experience developing, implementing, or evaluating a human service program, and a bachelor’s degree; or An equivalent combination of experience and training.
