Responsibilites Act as the primary point of contact for clients, delivering exemplary customer service and addressing inquiries promptly and effectively. Assist in policy renewals, modifications, and cancellations while ensuring all administrative tasks are documented accurately. Identify client concerns and provide solutions or escalate issues to the appropriate department for resolution. Maintain an up-to-date understanding of our insurance products to effectively communicate features and benefits to clients. Develop and nurture strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention. Collect client feedback to inform service improvements and potential new offerings. Requirements Be willing to obtain P&C license within firs 45 days High school diploma or equivalent is required. Previous experience in a customer service or insurance role is advantageous. Strong ability to resolve complaints and provide sound solutions. A genuine passion for helping clients and understanding their needs. Proficiency with computers and familiarity with CRM systems is preferred. Must be willing to work from the Oakdale, PA office
