Position Overview We are seeking a dedicated and professional Parts and Service Associate to join our customer-focused support team. This role plays a pivotal part in ensuring smooth interdepartmental communication, efficient workflow management, and top-tier service delivery. The ideal candidate is a proactive, detail-oriented problem solver who thrives in a collaborative environment and demonstrates a passion for outstanding customer service. Key Responsibilities Serve as the first point of contact for customers by answering incoming calls and directing them to the appropriate support personnel. Participate in a rotating on-call schedule to support weekend and evening customer needs related to parts inquiries. Log and document customer-reported robot issues using internal software tools, maintaining accuracy and thoroughness. Facilitate workflow coordination between internal departments to ensure optimal service delivery. Assist the Parts and Service teams in achieving company goals through administrative and customer-facing support. Support the Parts Analyst team by preparing and sending quotes to customers. Provide logistical assistance for customer training sessions, including sending follow-up communication post-training. Help collect and organize policy and procedure documentation. Execute various support tasks and projects as needed. Required Qualifications Proven experience in a professional office setting with a strong track record in customer service. Self-starter with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work with limited information. Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities. Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, with a demonstrated aptitude for learning new software tools. Comfortable gaining a foundational understanding of technical robotics concepts and discussing them with confidence. Demonstrates integrity and discretion in handling confidential and sensitive information. Previous experience creating sales quotes and performing data entry tasks.
