Remote Bilingual Benefit Customer Service Representative (LocalCandidates Only) positions available in your area! Please applynow! What You’ll Do:
Guide members through benefitsenrollment and assist with updates to health and/or pension plans.
Deliver personalized support via phone, email, and webchat — weprioritize quality over speed. Start on a single client account,and over time, be cross-trained to support multiple clients. Useempathy, professionalism, and clear communication to handle avariety of member concerns, including those that may be sensitiveor complex. Interpret plan documents and explain them in simple,easy-to-understand language. Handle confidential informationresponsibly in line with HIPAA and data privacy standards.
RemoteBilingual Benefit Customer Service Representative Schedule &Flexibility:
No weekend shifts — ever! Work Monday through Fridayonly.
During peak season:
Full-time (40 hours/week) with potentialovertime.
During off-peak:
Hours may vary between 32-40/week, basedon client needs. Must be flexible to work shifts between 7:00 AM -8:00 PM , with occasional extended hours up to 10:00 or 11:00 PMfor short periods. West Coast roles may require availability from5:30 AM – 8:00 PM .
