Schedule:

Full-Time | Monday-Friday | Shifts between 7:00 AM

• 8:00 PM (some West Coast roles may start at 5:30 AM)

In this role, you’ll deliver exceptional service by assisting customers with their healthcare or pension benefits via phone, email, and webchat. Training & Orientation Start Date:

Accurately explain healthcare and pension benefit information in simple terms. Use internal systems and documentation to resolve client inquiries. Maintain confidentiality and uphold HIPAA and data security standards. Collaborate with teammates and leadership to meet service standards. Work Hours & Flexibility Full-time hours during peak season (40 hours/week) Possible overtime available Off-season hours may range between 32-40 hours/week No weekends! Qualifications High School Diploma or GED (required) Previous call center or customer service experience (preferred, not required) Strong communication and problem-solving skills Bilingual?
