Schedule:
Full-Time | Monday-Friday | Shifts between 7:00AM
- 8:00 PM (some West Coast roles may start at 5:30 AM)

In this role, you’ll deliver exceptionalservice by assisting customers with their healthcare or pensionbenefits via phone, email, and webchat. You’ll begin by supportingone client and may be cross-trained for others based onperformance. Application Process 1.

Training & Orientation Start Date:
August 18th / Hiringclass each Monday thereafter Orientation is onsite for equipmentpickup and brief training (1-day requirement)

Notime-off is permitted in the first 90 days. Key ResponsibilitiesProvide superior, empathetic customer service by phone, chat, andemail. Accurately explain healthcare and pension benefitinformation in simple terms. Use internal systems and documentationto resolve client inquiries. Maintain confidentiality and upholdHIPAA and data security standards. Collaborate with teammates andleadership to meet service standards. Work Hours & FlexibilityFull-time hours during peak season (40 hours/week) Possibleovertime available Off-season hours may range between 32-40hours/week No weekends! Qualifications High School Diploma or GED(required) Previous call center or customer service experience(preferred, not required) Strong communication and problem-solvingskills Bilingual?
