Diamond Cargo Express is a growing trucking and logistics company committed to providing reliable and efficient freight solutions. We’re looking for a detail-oriented, customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative.
Position Summary:
The Customer Service Representative will serve as a key point of contact between our company, our customers, and our drivers. This role involves scheduling appointments, tracking freight, updating systems, and ensuring customers receive timely and accurate information.
Key Responsibilities:
Communicate with customers via phone and email to schedule freight appointments Enter load and customer information into internal systems accurately and promptly Track drivers’ progress throughout the day and update relevant parties as needed Collaborate with dispatch and operations teams to resolve issues efficiently Provide general support to the operations team as needed
Qualifications:
Previous customer service or administrative experience preferred, especially in transportation or logistics Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively Proficiency with Microsoft Teams and Microsoft Outlook required Comfortable using basic computer systems and learning logistics software Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
