$15.25 or based on experience Mon – Fri 8:30am – 5pm Full Time Employment Excellent Benefit Package Paid Vacations, Holidays and Sick Time This position specializes in reporting for Medical Assistance Transportation Program and assisting with paratransit services. The position involves scheduling of transportation requests, answering calls, disseminating and analyzing information. Position involves the utilization of advanced technology to schedule and monitor services. Position requires excellent communication skills, organization skills as well as customer service skills. Must have geographic knowledge of Beaver County and Pittsburgh area. This position involves reporting on MAPT trips/services and BCTA paratransit (SHARED) system utilizing an automated system of scheduling and reporting.
