Job Description
Customer Service Representative Atlas Minerals & Chemicals, Inc. 1227 Valley Rd, Mertztown, PA 19539 Atlas Minerals & Chemicals, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Representative to work in our Sales Department.
Responsibilities include:
1. Handle customer calls and e-mails 2. Process orders in ERP system. 3. Maintain customer files. 4. Support sales staff with processing and distribution of sales leads, sample and literature requests, unit price quotes, daily sales reports. 5. Assist logistics coordinator with order shipments and paperwork 6. Process customer invoices 7. Report to
Customer Service Manager Requirements:
1. High school diploma 2. Minimum one year experience in customer service 3. Familiarity with an ERP system (Epicor a plus) 4. Proficiency with Microsoft Office – Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint 5. Experience with Logistics is a plus
