Job Description

NOW HIRING IN MORGANTOWN, PA!
  • This position will be fully on-site Monday-Friday

Overview:

Provides customers with comprehensive information to solve their problems or assist them in making sound decisions and achieve customer satisfaction. Handles customer complaints and provides resolution, brings manager’s attention when necessary to ensure that proper and satisfactory service is delivered.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Answering roughly 30-40 inbound phone calls per day in a professional and helpful manner.
  • Making outbound phone calls in response to any inquires, questions, or other follow up
  • Respond to emails from customers
  • Confirms account number, part number & descriptions
  • Communication to customer on availability, open orders, and ship dates
  • Confirms pricing & availability
  • Answer customer service inquiries, phones or emails as assigned and meets statistical expectations as set by supervisor (refer to grid)
  • Supports administrative duties on sending and receiving supplier purchase orders
  • Ability to multi-task issuing credits and rebills according to policy and procedure Additional Skills & Info High school diploma or GED required 2+ years of manufacturing customer service experience Experience with Salesforce and/or SAP is required Training will be for 2-4 weeks Monday-Friday 8a-4:30p After training, you will have an 8 hour shift between the hours of 7a-5p
