Job Description
Customer Service Representative (temp-to-perm) Blue Chip Staffing Birdsboro, PA 19508 Our client, a leading cable company, is seeking a Customer Service Representative (temp-to-perm) to join its team! You will be responsible for assisting customers by providing product and service information, as well as resolving technical issues.
Schedule and Structure:
Second shift (10:30 AM – 7:00 PM) Rotating schedules with Sunday + one weekday or Saturday off Hybrid model: 50% remote, 50% in-office Flexible selection of in-office days
Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries and complaints Speaks with new and existing customers for the purpose of processing service orders, service quality, or inquiries concerning programming, customer premise equipment and account matters Provide information about the products and services Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns Document and update customer records based on interactions Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
Qualifications:
Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields Have a basic working knowledge of the geographic area of the cable company division Possess basic office skills Ability to build rapport with clients Ability to prioritize and multitask Positive and professional demeanor Excellent written and verbal communication skills
