Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and customer-oriented Server to join our team. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our customers. Duties:

• Greet guests and escort them to their tables
• Present menus and provide detailed information about the dishes and beverages
• Take food and drink orders accurately and promptly
• Relay orders to the kitchen staff and ensure timely delivery of meals
• Serve food and beverages to guests in a courteous and efficient manner
• Check on guests throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction
• Process payments using cash registers or POS systems
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas
• Collaborate with other team members to provide excellent guest service

Skills:

• Strong knowledge of culinary terms, ingredients, and menu items
• Basic math skills for handling payments and making change
• Familiarity with POS systems for order processing
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for providing exceptional guest services
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Knowledge of restaurant operations, including food service procedures and kitchen safety protocols
