Front Desk / Customer Service opportunity!
Schedule :
Candidates must have schedule flexibility. Typical hours are Monday through Friday, starting between 8 : 00 AM and 9 : 00 AM and ending between 5 : 00 PM and 6 : 00 PM, depending on business needs. Saturday hours are required once or twice a month on a rotating basis, typically from 8 : 30 AM to 12 : 30 PM. Greet and assist walk-in customers, process phone orders, and handle daily transactions with accuracy and professionalism Answer and direct incoming calls, supporting internal teams and addressing customer inquiries Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure timely order processing and delivery follow-up Process payments, maintain accurate invoice records and perform end-of-day cash reconciliation Support sales staff with order updates, customer questions, and account setup Make proactive customer outreach calls regarding promotions, reminders, and follow-ups Microsoft Office experience Bilingual a PLUS Gage is a trusted professional recruiting firm with over 40 years of experience, connecting top talent with career opportunities in multiple sectors.
