Job Description
Tech Support Representative (temp-to-perm) Blue Chip Staffing Birdsboro, PA 19508 • Hybrid work Our client, a well-established cable company, is seeking a Technical Support Representative (temp-to-perm) to join its team! You will resolve computer-related issues for your clients.
Schedule and Structure:
Second shift (10:30 AM – 7:00 PM) Rotating schedules with Sunday + one weekday or Saturday off Hybrid model: 50% remote, 50% in-office Flexible selection of in-office days
Responsibilities:
Provide technical assistance with computer hardware and software Resolve issues for clients via phone, in person, or electronically Recommend hardware and software improvements Track customer issues and resolutions
Qualifications:
Previous experience in IT, customer service, or other related fields Ability to build rapport with clients Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills Positive and professional demeanor
Job Types:
Full-time, Contract Pay:
Up to $17.00 per hour
