Are you ready to unleash your passion for pets and exceptional customer service? Join the vibrant team at Holiday House Pet Resort and Spa on State as a Client Services Representative! We’re looking for an enthusiastic individual to be the welcoming face (and voice) of our resort, ensuring a tail-wagging experience for pets and their owners. From greeting guests at check-in to assisting with reservations and phone inquiries, your role will be essential in providing a seamless and pawsitively memorable experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Welcome pets and their owners with a friendly, professional demeanor Efficiently oversee the check-in and check-out process for our furry guests Handle reservations and information requests both in person and over the phone Assist clients with booking services, answering questions, and accommodating special requests Communicate with veterinarians as needed to confirm reservation and medical details Ensure all documentation is accurate and up to date Maintain a clean and inviting lobby space, addressing any unexpected pet-related messes as needed

Physical Requirements:

Lift up to 50lbs Ability to bend, kneel, sit, and stand for extended periods Assist in escorting our furry guests to their accommodations

Qualifications and Skills:

Strong attention to detail Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Excellent communication skills, both in person and over the phone Comfortable using computer systems to manage reservations and client information Minimum of 3 years in customer service (pet-related experience is a bonus treat!)

Schedule and Availability:

Part-time position, averaging 10-25 hours per week Must be available to work Tuesdays Must be available to work at least 3 Sundays per month from 10AM-4PM Availability required the day before and/or after major holidays to assist with high call volume and check-ins/outs Other weekday shifts will vary based on business needs Must be able to work at both our Holiday House location and Spa on State in downtown
