What You’ll Be Doing:

Welcoming clients with a smile (even when it’s over the phone) and helping them feel at ease Checking in appointments, answering phones, and managing daily scheduling with accuracy and grace Assisting with client questions, service estimates, and appointment reminders Processing invoices, payments, and keeping records organized and up to date Working closely with our veterinary team to ensure every client and patient receives timely, seamless support Helping maintain a calm, efficient front desk—because pets and their people count on us ?

What We’re Looking For:
