Customer Service and Support Intra Lighting Trevose, PA 19053 Overview We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. Your primary responsibility will be to assist customers with inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive experience with our company. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a customer-focused attitude, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. Provide accurate information regarding products and services to assist customers effectively. Handle customer complaints and resolve issues with empathy and professionalism. Perform data entry tasks to maintain accurate customer records in our database. Conduct outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries or feedback. Collaborate with team members to improve overall customer satisfaction. Utilize computer systems to track interactions and document resolutions. Issuing Invoices and Invoice reconciliation Commission processing Requirements Proven experience in a customer service or support role is preferred. Strong phone etiquette and excellent verbal communication skills. Proficiency in data entry and computer applications; familiarity with office software is a plus. Ability to type accurately while engaging with customers on the phone or through other channels. Experience in outbound calling is beneficial but not mandatory. A positive attitude, patience, and the ability to work under pressure are essential for success in this role. Strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
