Job Details Key Responsibilities:

ClientCommunication & Support Serve as the first point of contact formultifamily homeowners, HOA representatives, and property managersHandle incoming calls and emails with professionalism andefficiency Draft and manage correspondence, including memos,letters, and client updates Scheduling & Coordination Arrangemeetings, site visits, and virtual calls for project managers andclients Coordinate logistics for inspections, walkthroughs, andon-site activities Administrative Operations Prepare and formatproposals for roofing and exterior renovation projects Track thestatus of bids and proposals, ensuring timely follow-ups Managedocumentation such as submittals, certificates of insurance, andclient forms Project & Materials Support Assist with orderingmaterials and ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed Supportthe project team in maintaining timelines and organizing sitesetups Additional Responsibilities Stay informed about companyservices and industry developments Contribute to special projectsand administrative tasks as assigned by management

QualificationsRequired:

2-3 years of experience in a customer service oradministrative role Strong communication skills, both written andverbal Excellent organizational skills and attention to detailProficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with CRM tools is aplus Ability to attend meetings both in person and virtually
