Job Responsibilities Patient Care:
Greet and assist patients, answer inquiries, and schedule appointments
Administrative Tasks:
Handle insurance verification, documentation follow-up, payment processing, and various administrative duties.
Communication:
Effectively communicate with patients, clinicians, and other team members
Front Desk Operations:
Maintain a clean and organized reception area, manage phone calls, and oversee clinic opening and closing procedures.
Required Skills and Qualifications Essential Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent Strong communication skills (verbal, written and phone) Positive attitude and strong work ethic Organizational skills, strong note-taking and attention to detail Curiosity and eagerness to learn Proficiency in basic computer software (Microsoft Office Suite) Authorized to work in the US Preferred but not required: Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems Knowledge of health insurance terminology and processes
