Customer Service Representative – New Opening! 3.7 3.7 out of 5 stars Quakertown, PA 18951 Allied Personnel Services is seeking candidates for a Customer Service opening! This temp to hire position offers full time hours, 8a-430p, Mon-Fri. Pay is $19.00/hr.
In this role you will:
provide exceptional customer service via phone and email assist the team by processing incoming orders manage order fulfillment including processing and printing webstore retail sales order invoices and preparing shipping labels consult w/ sales reps on issues related to order fulfillment assist in preparing quotes as needed resolve customer order issues and handle returns Candidates for this role must have exceptional customer service skills (including 1-3 yrs experience), be tech savvy in order to navigate multiple screens, and be well organized.
