Service Advisor Sands Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram Quakertown, PA 18951 Sands Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram is family owned and operated since 1982. We specialize in MOPAR vehicle sales, parts and service. We are looking for an Automotive Service Advisor to assist our customers with their Service/Vehicle Needs. Our ideal candidates have a friendly personality, great communication skills, the ability to multitask and to resolve issues in a timely and accurate manner.
Service Advisor Responsibilities:
Assist walk in/ scheduled clients File departmental paperwork Answer incoming calls Collect proper information from customer Greet clients and assist with any questions they may have Make outbound calls and customer updates Collaborate with technicians and parts department
Qualifications:
