Veterinary Customer Service Representative Ark Animal Hospital Chalfont, PA 18914 We’re looking for a part-time OR full-time Client Service Representative to join our fast-paced, high-quality veterinary hospital. Someone who is not only highly motivated and professional, but who thrives in a role where every interaction matters. If you’re a natural communicator with a knack for multitasking, proactive thinking, and genuine warmth, we’d love to meet you. At Ark Animal Hospital, we work hard, support each other, and provide outstanding care to pets and their people. We don’t just provide veterinary care—we deliver an elevated, compassionate experience to every pet and person who walks through our doors. As a CSR, you’ll be the first point of contact for our clients, on the phone and in person. This role is key to the success of our hospital, and we’re looking for someone who is: Polite, professional, and reliable Able to multitask in a fast-moving environment and stay composed and thoughtful in a busy, fast-moving environment Confident in making decisions and solving problems Experienced in customer service and has exceptional phone and interpersonal communication skills (vet experience is a plus, but not required—we’re happy to train the right person) A sincere passion for helping people and their pets
Schedule:
Rotating days, evenings, and weekends. Flexibility, reliable transportation, and strong attendance are essential.
Pay:
Hourly, based on experience.
