Role, Summary:

The purpose of this role is to provide support to the Buterbaugh-Weaverling Group through detailed support of client services. This position keeps the practice operating efficiently by accepting necessary tasks and ensuring they are completed accurately. Growth of customer relationships through enhanced engagement and unequaled customer service remains the primary objective. Essential Duties & Responsibilities include the following, other duties as assigned: Communicate directly with clients, enhancing customer relationships and providing exceptional customer service Work with vendors and investment related companies to resolve customer issues and questions Maintain a thorough understanding of Policies, Procedures, and Regulations Maintain compliance through systematic record keeping Support Financial Advisors with meeting preparation and client needs Complete tasks, as assigned, for support of the client or their Financial Advisor Consistent logging of task progress & communications in Advisor Assistant Complete and track processes related to new and existing accounts Revise NIGOs to ensure task completion & resolution Develop a strong understanding of the industry and investment related products Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s): Prompt completion of tasks Proactive communication Attention to detail Accuracy of assignments Relationship building
