Boat and Boat Equipment Support Representative, Warranty Administrator Towne Marine LLC Bloomsburg, PA Overview:

A top-performing marine dealership is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. Knowledge of small (outboard) boats and boat systems is required. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a passion for assisting customers. They will also handle the processing of all warranty requests with our manufacturers

Duties:

• Answer incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person
• Provide information about products and services
• Resolve customer complaints with patience and empathy
• Process warranty claims with manufacturers
• Conduct outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries

Requirements:

• Strong phone etiquette and communication skills
• Proficiency in English, writing and verbal
• Knowledge of boats and boat systems.
• Basic mechanical knowledge.
• Ability to analyze customer needs and offer appropriate solutions
• Prior experience in customer service or sales preferred to become a valuable member of our customer service team!
