Description Guest Experience Member (GEM)
Responsibilities:
Guest Experience Members ensure that each guest has outstanding experience while reinforcing our company standards. They are responsible for the daily operations at a ModWash location. You will work as a team to ensure each guest has outstanding experience while driving membership sales to help grow the ModWash brand.
Qualifications:
Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends. A sense of urgency. A passion for serving others. Awesome guest service skills. Deliver mind blowing guest services. Present and explain each of the ModWash packages and the benefits of unlimited memberships. Safely guide guests through the ModWash tunnel. Actively engage with guests pre/post wash to ensure 100% satisfaction. Ensure facilities are always clean and presentable. Any other duties assigned, by the leadership team
Physical Job Requirements:
Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions and seasons (heat of the summer, cold of the winter) Be on your feet for extended periods of time/ the entire work shift. Physically able to bend, stoop, squat, kneel, reach, step to perform job duties. Ability to carry, lift, push, pull, and move up to twenty-five pounds. Alert and able to maneuver around moving vehicles and equipment. Respond quickly to sounds. Move safely over uneven terrain and in confined spaces. See clearly and respond to dangerous situations.
