What You’ll Do:

Serve as the first point of contact for members and providers, offering professional, empathetic assistance in both Spanish and English. Answer inbound calls related to healthcare benefits, eligibility, and programs with clarity and care. Explain policies, procedures, and enrollment requirements. Guide providers through claims processing and treatment plan submissions. Assist with questions regarding enrollment applications and necessary documentation. Maintain confidentiality while accurately researching and communicating information. Support continuous improvement by identifying operational issues and opportunities.

What We’re Looking For:

Fluency in Spanish and English (both written and verbal) is required. Excellent communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills. Calm, empathetic demeanor in fast-paced or stressful situations. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to learn quickly and adapt to system tools and workflows.
