As a PersonalLines Insurance Customer Service Representative , you will play akey role in providing excellent service to our clients.
Yourresponsibilities will include:
Managing policy changes, billinginquiries, and coverage questions efficiently. Providing prompt,professional, and courteous responses to client inquiries.
Maintaining accurate client records and documentation.
Collaborating with insurance carriers to resolve issues and findthe best solutions. Staying informed about industry trends andinsurance products to provide clients with up-to-date information.

Requirements:
A Pennsylvania Property and Casualtyinsurance license is preferred. If unlicensed, we offer fullsupport to help you obtain one. Minimum of 2 years of experience inpersonal lines insurance customer service or a similar customerservice role. Strong communication and interpersonal skills toeffectively interact with clients and colleagues. Excellentattention to detail and organizational skills for maintainingaccurate records.
