Role:

As a Client Experience & Wellness Specialist, you’ll be the first point of contact for our guests, providing a warm welcome, sharing expert knowledge of our services, and ensuring that every space is meticulously clean and ready for use. This is an active role that balances client service with intensive cleaning responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet guests and guide them through the benefits of infrared sauna and cold plunge therapy Assist with appointments and make personalized recommendations Perform thorough cleaning and sanitization between appointments (showers, saunas, cold plunges, common areas) Maintain equipment and spaces to ensure safety and a premium guest experience Communicate effectively with teammates and management to support smooth daily operations Ensure guests adhere to safety and health protocols

Strong customer service focus and excellent communication skills Willingness and ability to handle physical, fast-paced cleaning and setup tasks throughout the shift Exceptional attention to detail and pride in maintaining a clean, safe space Team-first mentality with a strong work ethic and reliability Passion for health and wellness (prior experience with sauna, cold plunge, or contrast therapy is a plus) Why Join SweatHouz?
