Key Responsibilities:
Welcome customers, provide product recommendations, and answer questions with professionalism and enthusiasm. Handle sales transactions accurately reporting data using salesforce CRM. Stay up to date on store promotions and current sales offers. Address customer concerns and resolve issues promptly to maintain satisfaction. Occasionally assist in leading team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
Qualifications:
Previous retail or customer service experience is helpful but not required. Strong communication skills with a positive, friendly attitude. Able to work independently and as part of a team. Strong problem-solving and organizational skills. Experience in grocery, department stores, or related retail industries is a plus.
Position Details:
