Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and texts to schedule service appointments Follow up with existing service customers to ensure satisfaction and retention Assist with recall outreach, maintenance reminders, and declined service follow-up Provide a friendly and professional experience for every customer interaction Collaborate with service advisors and managers to meet department goals Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system
What We’re Looking For:
Strong communication and customer service skills Prior experience in a call center, service BDC, or dealership setting is preferred Comfortable using computers and CRM software Positive, team-focused attitude with a willingness to learn Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in following up
