They are responsible for performing teller transactions and member service transactions related to savings, checking, credit cards, IRAs, and resolving problems in a timely manner. Must actively listen and cross-sell products and services to meet member’s financial needs. Must be able to travel to all branch locations and act with good judgment, courtesy, tact, and patience.
