  • What You’ll Do:
  • Assist customers with technical inquiries about installation techniques and troubleshooting issues
  • Provide expert guidance via phone, chat, and email on best practices for building product applications
  • Read and interpret installation guidelines, blueprints, and building code reports
  • Use your hands-on knowledge of power tools, fasteners, and construction methods to provide real-world solutions
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and technical resolutions
  • Work closely with sales and support teams to enhance customer experience and generate lead opportunities
  • Meet or exceed key performance metrics, including customer satisfaction and service efficiency
  • What We’re Looking For:
  • Hands-on experience with building products, carpentry, remodeling, or construction trades
  • Strong mechanical and technical aptitude, with proficiency using power tools (drills, miter saws, etc.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools like Salesforce (preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced contact center environment while maintaining high-quality service
  • Experience & Education Requirements:
  • Previous experience in building products, construction, or a related field required
  • Customer service and/or sales experience preferred, especially in a contact center environment
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and TeamsCustomer Experience Team Members will be based in our Keyser Avenue offices and will report to the Customer Experience Team Supervisor.
