What You’ll Do:
- Assist customers with technical inquiries about installation techniques and troubleshooting issues
- Provide expert guidance via phone, chat, and email on best practices for building product applications
- Read and interpret installation guidelines, blueprints, and building code reports
- Use your hands-on knowledge of power tools, fasteners, and construction methods to provide real-world solutions
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and technical resolutions
- Work closely with sales and support teams to enhance customer experience and generate lead opportunities
- Meet or exceed key performance metrics, including customer satisfaction and service efficiency

What We’re Looking For:
- Hands-on experience with building products, carpentry, remodeling, or construction trades
- Strong mechanical and technical aptitude, with proficiency using power tools (drills, miter saws, etc.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools like Salesforce (preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced contact center environment while maintaining high-quality service

Experience & Education Requirements:
- Previous experience in building products, construction, or a related field required
- Customer service and/or sales experience preferred, especially in a contact center environment
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and TeamsCustomer Experience Team Members will be based in our Keyser Avenue offices and will report to the Customer Experience Team Supervisor.
