Duties Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system to process customer transactions accurately and efficiently. Handle cash transactions, ensuring accuracy in cash handling and maintaining a balanced register. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the checkout area and store displays. Address customer complaints or issues promptly and professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction. Requirements Vehicle parts knowledge. Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and positive attitude. Proficiency in operating POS systems and handling cash transactions accurately. Ability to upsell products effectively while maintaining a focus on customer needs. Bilingual skills are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse customers.
