Client Care Center Banker 3.4 3.4 out of 5 stars 338 North Washington Avenue, Scranton, PA 18503 We are seeking a Customer Care Center Banker to join our team and support customer sales and services. This role is designed for individuals who are passionate about providing excellent customer service, handling a variety of customer interactions, and supporting the sales process. A Client Care Center Banker answers incoming calls, chats and emails while providing clients with the best financial solution through a virtual and digital environment. The bank provides training and mentorship needed to support success as a Fidelity Banker. Key Responsibilities:

Handle incoming phone calls, chats, and emails to support customer inquiries Respond to customer requests via phone, email, and chat. Review account history to assist in addressing customer needs Contribute to team effort by meeting and exceeding goals Utilize CRM systems to document and track customer interactions Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies to ensure consistency Provide an outstanding customer experience during each interaction Communicate pertinent information to supervisors as needed

Essential Duties:

Build relationships through open and interactive communication with customers Identify and assess customer needs to provide solutions that ensure satisfaction Recommend potential products or services based on customer needs Meet personal and team sales goals to drive overall success Open and maintain customer accounts by accurately recording account details Address product or service issues and offer appropriate solutions or alternatives Promote a digital, omni-channel experience to enhance customer engagement

Perform supportive tasks as needed to assist with the essential job functions, with flexibility to adapt as necessary

Basic Qualifications Education/Training:

A high school diploma or equivalent and 0-3 years of experience in the field or in a related customer service area.
