Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Account Specialist to join our team. This role will play a pivotal part in shaping the customer experience and acting as the bridge between the support team and the wider business. In this role, you will be responsible for managing client accounts, overseeing the day-to-day operations with the customer providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring the accuracy of order management. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Support the customer’s account and relationship
• Collaborate with the SVP of Customer Relations in meeting contractual commitments, production schedules and in resolving problems
• Review and confirm customer PO requirements
• Track and manage customer shipments, receipts, and inventory levels with internal departments.
• Responsible for coordinating with customer and their material suppliers to purchase necessary raw/pack for upcoming forecasts
• Responsible for initiating the preparation of purchase orders that provide all necessary data to meet deadlines for needed materials.
• Tracks deliveries and receiving of materials to our plants
• Performs supplier forecast analysis process to mitigate sourcing challenges
• Lead or attend regular customer and internal meetings. Document meeting minutes as required.
• Maintain customer change orders.
• Present reports defining plans, problems, and resolutions to appropriate levels of internal management.

Essential Skills and Experience Bachelor’s Degree 2+ years of experience working in a Customer management role 1+ years of business experience in a Consumer-Packaged Goods procurement Demonstrated computer skills including Microsoft office, web-based services, and Inventory management System Demonstrated exceptional teamwork, communication, and time management skills.
